Workpackage 11. This WP aims at understanding the awareness of the different actor groups to the impact of two types of substances on aquatic ecosystems in terms of biodiversity and human health: pharmaceuticals and food additives. The WP brings together both quantitative and qualitative methods for generating and analyzing data.

Survey data collected for 2021 respondents in Germany. The collected sample is proportionate to the population of Germany with respect to the criteria of gender, age, education, population size, as well as distribution among federal states and residential areas either rural, town or city. In total, we collected information on 2021 individuals. Data collection started in September and ended in November 2017.
