2-way ANOVA

Enables to test the effect of two factors at the same time on a continuous variable.
Restriction: the number of observations in each cell has to be equal

Input:

Input format: As in the table below, the first column must contain the continuous variable, and the following columns should be the fixed factors.
Choose 2-way ANOVA from the ‘Analyze’ menu and a popup will appear, enabling further adjustment of the input selection. When done, click ‘Run’.

Output:

An example of a 2-way ANOVA on sample data is shown below, where only particular chosen output cells from the original Jupyter notebook are rendered. For the full notebook, please use the links provided either for downloading the full notebook, or viewing the it in html format.
