1-way ANOVA

The one-way ANOVA tests the null hypothesis that two or more groups have the same population mean. The test is applied to samples from two or more groups, possibly with differing sizes.

Input:

Input Format: the expected input format is each sample in a different column.

Choose 1-way ANOVA from the ‘Analyze’ menu and a popup will appear, enabling further adjustment of the input selection. When done, click ‘Run’.

Output:

An example of a 1-way ANOVA on sample data is shown below, where only particular chosen output cells from the original Jupyter notebook are rendered. For the full notebook, please use the links provided either for downloading the full notebook, or viewing the it in html format.
